Guess what I found this morning??? Wheeljack is going to be in the new Transformers cartoon!!! WOOHOO!. I like Wheeljack :) Although, I am wondering why they gave him that little beard thing on his 'chin' - he doesn't have a mouth, so that seems a bit out of place. Oh well :) AND he looks pretty much exactly like the 80's version! Neat!

Holy shit, is this ugly. An as-yet-unconfirmed image of one of the 'new' Transformers, the Chevy Trax...I think I have a picture of it somewhere in a previous Transformers post - it's the red/orange one. Anyway, onward to the horror:

That thing looks like it was shit out of some bizarre shredding machine. There is some talk that the smaller, blurry picture is early Bumblebee concept art from the first movie, but look how deformed and stubby it is.

I shudder to think that this will actually be part of a 2 hour movie that will otherwise be filled with awesome.

And who are they? The Twins, most likely...it's really too bad Michael Bay couldn't get his hands on a couple Lamborghinis for them - that's they way they should be! Stink.

Two Completely Unrelated Items

1. I do not like it when someone says they will take care of/handle/work on something, and then not follow through on it. Because of a recent situation exactly like this, I am now scrambling to get all kinds of official city government paperwork in order to receive permits, licenses, and use of electric/water/etc for a very large fundraising event I help organize. This is all very simple form-filling type stuff, that I could 100% have worked on and gotten finished a month ago. The person who said they would 'take care of it' has not only not done this work, but has also not told the committee he hasn't done it. Fantastic. Selfish prick.

And now that I have that off my chest, here is the next thing on my list - I did a little touch-up work to it, haha!

I am hoping those two little black cycle-jobbers turn out to be a couple of Soundwave's not-so-much-cassettes-anymore buddies. That would be pretty sweet. Also, the chances of the silver car being Wheeljack or Tracks are very slim. It's probably Hot Rod or something lame like that. Ah well.

Is this Prowl?? Or just a regular old Chinese police car with paint job suspiciously similar to G1 Prowl? These are some spy shots from the set of Transformers 2....there are also whisperings of Jazz being in the sequel, but I'm not putting much stock into that one until I actually see it. Megatron ripped him in half and exploded his spark for cripe's sake! You don't come back from something like that!
